Job Qualifications
- Educational Background: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in sales management, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute market penetration strategies.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L, trade margins, and ROI optimization.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
