We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across multiple territories. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales executives, and building strategic partnerships with key accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Territory and Field Sales Executives.
  • Revenue Ownership: Achieve area-level sales targets and drive year-on-year growth.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies for market expansion.
  • Key Account Management: Build relationships with key retail chains and institutional buyers.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members for high performance.
  • P&L Responsibility: Manage area sales budget, trade spends, and profitability metrics.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational Background: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years in sales management, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute market penetration strategies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L, trade margins, and ROI optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
