Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Professional Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Problem Solving: Patient and calm approach to handling customer issues.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
