Stalks N Spice is looking for a Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow sales within a designated geographic area. You will lead sales efforts, manage distributor relationships, and develop strategies to expand market penetration.
Job Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Own end-to-end sales responsibility for the assigned territory.
- Distributor Management: Manage relationships with distributors and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Team Coordination: Guide and support Field Sales Executives in the territory.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- New Business Development: Identify and onboard new retail accounts and distribution partners.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Job Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years in territory sales, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate field sales teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of sales metrics and territory planning.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience in distributor negotiations and trade schemes.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
