Territory Sales Executive

Any Graduate / MBA preferred | 2 – 4 Years experience

Stalks N Spice is looking for a Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow sales within a designated geographic area. You will lead sales efforts, manage distributor relationships, and develop strategies to expand market penetration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Own end-to-end sales responsibility for the assigned territory.
  • Distributor Management: Manage relationships with distributors and ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Team Coordination: Guide and support Field Sales Executives in the territory.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • New Business Development: Identify and onboard new retail accounts and distribution partners.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • Professional Experience: 2-4 years in territory sales, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate field sales teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of sales metrics and territory planning.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in distributor negotiations and trade schemes.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
