Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 apple chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
Method

Mix oats and milk in a jar.

Add cinnamon and honey.

Fold in chopped apples.

Refrigerate overnight.
