Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

Mix oats and milk in a jar.

Add cinnamon and honey.

Fold in chopped apples.

Refrigerate overnight.
